Why are all the search questions optional ?

Some people may need some flexibility in their search. For instance someone with a very long garden may just want to enter the width of their plot and decide to divide their garden into seperate areas. Also there may be diferences in personal preferences as to which criteria may be important. As a general rule enter as much information as you can in your search and leave out questions that you don't think are a priority.

I can't find a design I like

The database of designs will increase as more and more designers submit work to this site. Your search details are stored on the database. Designers can view this information (note: they can't see your personal details) and may decide to create a design that matches your search. You can choose to be alerted via an e-mail when a reasonable match is found. Alternatively, you can contact a designer directly for a more personal service.

How do you protect against designs being plagiarized ?

All new designs submitted by non-professional designers will be vetted and checked manually. Designs suspected of being plagiarized will be disabled. The offending designer's account (professional designer or otherwise) may then be suspended.

Why do you deduct a 15% fee ?

I am commited to giving designers the best value possible. However, a fee is required to make this web site prosper. A large portion of the initial cash raised will be used to promote this site and create more sales. The fee also covers the cost of processing payments from customers, improvements to the site, administration costs, web hosting (server hardware and maintenance).
